Shipping
Here's the process:
Your once payment is made your items are printed to order. We aim to dispatch within 7 working days, but in very busy periods this is occasionally 10. Once printed your order is shipped to you.
We offer UK Standard tracked & Signed.
And International tracked & Signed- Should take within 5-7 days once posted for USA/Canada orders, longer for Australian orders)
We give the option of untracked Royal Mail 1st Class shipping for UK orders under £15. This will be with you generally within 3-4 days.
BFPO/AFO and military camp addresses in general
We will post to BFPO/AFO addresses at your own risk, but we do not recommend this at all due to increasing numbers of them being returned. Better to send to a civilian address and get it when you're home. If your order is returned to us we will request a civilian address and may ask for the postage costs to resend.
Returns
If you order a product and have the wrong size, or it's not for you, then please return to the address below. Please treat items with respect and make every possible effort to ensure they are in perfect condition when returning to us. Failure to do this my result in your refund request being denied.
We are unable to exchange items. You will be refunded and asked to order again.
