Shipping
- We give the option of FREE untracked Royal Mail 1st Class shipping. For UK orders this will be with you generally within 3-4 days.
- We also offer FREE international untracked shipping. This is not a fast service, but has proven reliable. As an example, orders to the USA vary in speed state to state. The fastest was 3 days, the longest a month, although it averages 10-14 days. Please bear this in mind when ordering.
- We offer UK 48hr tracked (weekends orders may take slightly longer)
- And International tracked - Should take within 5-7 days for USA/Canada orders, longer for Australian orders)
BFPO/AFO and military camp addresses in general
- We're happy to post to military addresses, but we don't recommend it. It generally puts a long delay on your order arriving, anyone who's served knows about military post! If you can, get it sent to a residential address.

If you order a product and have the wrong size, or it's not for you (provided it is not damaged) please use the enclosed returns form. International customers contact us first please.
